It is the policy of Hi-Tech Resourcing Ltd to satisfy all applicable requirements of ISO 9001:2015, including the needs and expectations of our customers and other interested parties.

This is achieved by implementing and maintaining a Quality Management System which is in compliance with and accredited to ISO 9001:2015. This ensures control over all activities associated with the manufacture and supply of our products.

The various processes, procedures and activities undertaken are documented and are available to all interested parties. Quality Management System documents are subject to regular review via internal audits and management reviews. These activities review the ongoing suitability of the system and provide a means to identify any risks or opportunities and facilitate our commitment to continually improve the quality Management System.

The effectiveness of the Quality Management System is continually assessed to establish and monitor business and process quality objectives.

Combined with our Quality Management System we are also committed to providing CE Conformity for all of our structural metal and sheet metal products and complying with the requirements of EN 1090-1:2009+A1:2011 as required or requested by the Client.
